Dr. Kasper Hettinga is working as tenured assistant professor in the Product Design and Quality Management group ofWageningenUniversity. He is interested in applied scientific research.
研究方向:
The objective of the dairy science research is to obtain new knowledge about the composition and quality of milk (products) throughout the dairy chain to create new options for adding value to milk and its components. Within this framework, Dr. Kasper Hettinga is responsible for the milk proteomics project. Kasper is developing his own research line in milk proteomics.
