 报告人简介：

Dr. Liwei Gu earned his PhD in Food Science and finished postdoc training at USDA, Arkansas Children’s Nutrition Center. He was named an UF Research Foundation Professor in 2016 and an UF Term Professor in 2017.  Dr. Gu serves as Associate Editor for Journal of Science of Food and Agriculture. Dr. Gu is one of the 15 Thomson Reuters Highly Cited Researcher and “the world’s most influential scientific mind” in the state of Florida. He published 80 original researches in food science, nutritional science, and pharmaceutics journals with an H-index of 32.
