主讲嘉宾介绍:
Dr.Viduranga Waisundara obtained her Ph.D from the Food Science & Technology Programme of the Department of Chemistry, National University of Singapore in 2010. She is presently the Deputy Principal of the Australian College of Business & Technology - Kandy Campus, which is affiliated with Edith Cowan University, Australia. Dr. Waisundara is a prolific writer with many research publications and articles in newspapers and magazines. She is also the current Global Harmonization Initiative (GHI) Ambassador to Sri Lanka and the co-chair of the Working Group on Nutrition under the GHI. She was recently placed in the top 1% of reviewers in Agriculture and Cross-Field on Publons global reviewer database for the period of 2018-2019.
