l OSI集团于1992年在北京建立第一家深加工厂，2009年在上海设立欧喜投资（中国）有限公司作为跨地区总部。迄今为止，OSI集团进入中国市场已超过20年，足迹遍布全中国。目前，我们在上海、河南、河北、山东等地分别建立了7家独资企业与2家合资企业，客户涵盖了中国大陆的主要地区。

l OSI Group, as a global food processor, has 60 facilities in 17countries around the world. OSI was established in 1909 and the headquarters islocated near Chicago, Illinois, in the United States of America. OSI is aworld-class food manufacturer offering global supply chain solutions forproduct innovation, product development, and custom process engineering with astrong and proven focus on food safety and operational excellence. OSI producesraw, partially-cooked, and fully-cooked chicken; beef and pork products; and avariety of other non-meat products including pizza, baked goods, eggs andvegetables. We sell products in over 85 countries and areas. Customers of OSIinclude world leading quick-service restaurants and other away-from-home foodproviders, branded food marketers, and food retailers.
l Since OSI Group developed its first processing plant in Beijing in1992 and established OSI China in Shanghai in 2009 as the regionalheadquarters, OSI has entered China for more than 20 years. Now OSI hasestablished 9 food processing facilities across China, in Shanghai, Henan,Hebei and Shandong, providing high quality products and services to thecustomers in China and abroad.

管理培训生20名
主要为质量、研发、生产运营培养后备人才
岗位要求：
学历和专业：食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全，大学本科应届毕业生
健康状况：身体健康，能取得食品行业从业健康证
人员素质要求：吃苦耐劳，有目标有理想，优秀的学习能力，符合公司价值观，愿与公司共成长
培养目标：

薪资福利：
实习期薪资：实习津贴100元/天。实习期满考核后定岗定级，综合收入可达当地市场工资的中上水平。
