主讲人介绍:
Dr. Anna Simpson is the Deputy Editor of《Food & Function》.She received her BSc in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Durham University in 2005 and her PhD in Biochemistry from Cambridge University in 2009. After spending a year on the RSC’s Science Education and Industry Graduate Training Scheme she joined RSC Publishing in 2010 as a Development Editor and in 2011 she became Deputy Editor ofGreen Chemistry,Food & Function, andPhotochemical and Photobiological Sciences.
